An Ceili Mor
Is maith is cuimhin liom an la a bhi an ceili mor sa halla.

Thainig na daoine go dti an halla. Bhi fear ag seinm ceoil agus bhi an ceol go h-alainn.
Bhiomar ag damhsa an “Siege of Ennis”, “Ballai Luimnigh”, “Sweets of May,” “Haymaker’s jig,” “Harvest time jig ,” “Two hand jig,” agus an “Two hand reel.”
I lar an ceili d’olamar oraiste agus d’itheamar criospai. Bhi tuirse orainn.
Cheannaigh na daoine ticeid don chranchur. Nuair a d’itheamar criospai agus d’olamar
oraiste, thosaiomar ag damsha aris. Bhi an-sport againn.

The Cross Country, Inter-Schools Championship at Renmore, Galway, 16th. of November '06



Striding to victory in the Junior Girls, Inter Schools, Cross Country Championships.
On the 16th of November 2006 the senior boys, junior boys and junior girl's teams attended a cross-country event. First up were the junior girl's team, Marie, Emma and Helena, from 5th class and Eilis and Rachel from 4th class. Marie came in 1st, Emma in 5th and the rest of them followed after. The girl's junior team took 2nd place overall. The junior boy's team came in fourth and the senior boy's team came in third place. So, all in all, our school did very well indeed!
